1. About Us

Solid Mujahid is a UK-based store. We use a global print-on-demand service to create and ship your order directly to you.

Every product is made to order, which means:

  • No stock is held

  • No changes or cancellations once an order is in production

2. What You’re Agreeing To

When you use our website, you agree to:

  • Follow these Terms of Service

  • Give accurate information at checkout

  • Only order if you’re legally allowed to do so

We can update these terms at any time. If we do, the updated terms apply immediately to new orders.

3. Payments

You must pay for all items in full before we begin production.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are added at checkout.

You’re responsible for:

  • Paying any import duties or local taxes

  • Using a valid payment method

4. Shipping

We ship globally. Shipping times vary by country.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to customs or couriers

  • Orders sent to the wrong address if you entered it incorrectly

If an order is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong sizes

  • Unclaimed parcels

  • Incorrect addresses

We only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is misprinted, damaged, or defective

  • The order is lost in transit

If that’s the case, email us at info@solidmujahid.com within 30 days of receiving your item (or of the estimated delivery date, if not received). Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

We’ll review and respond as soon as possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, logos, and images on this site are either owned by us or used with permission. Don’t copy, sell, or use them without written permission.

7. Product Accuracy

We do our best to show product colours and sizes accurately.
But:

  • Colours may appear differently depending on your screen

  • Sizes may vary slightly

  • Some products may be replaced with similar items if stock runs out

8. Customer Responsibility

You’re responsible for:

  • Entering accurate shipping and contact details

  • Checking sizing before purchase

  • Complying with your local laws when buying from us

9. Liability

We won’t be liable for:

  • Delays, losses, or errors caused by couriers or customs

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any legal disputes will be handled in UK courts.
