At Solid Mujahid, every product is made to order and shipped directly to you. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

We ship worldwide.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. You’ll see estimated delivery times at checkout.

Shipping Times

Production time:
Each item is printed after you place your order. This usually takes 2–7 business days.

Delivery time (after production):

UK & Europe: 3–10 business days
USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may happen due to customs, local delivery issues, or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

You’ll see the full amount before you pay.

Customs and Import Taxes

You’re responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link (where available). You can use this to follow your order’s progress.

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check:

With neighbours or your building manager
That the delivery address you provided was correct

Lost or Delayed Orders

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include:

A clear photo of the item and the issue

Because each item is made to order, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is placed. Please double-check your order and address before checking out.
