Solid Mujahid Return Policy

We make each item to order. That means we don’t hold stock—and we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a problem with your order.

We’ll only replace or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • Your package is lost in transit

If this happens, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item (or from the estimated delivery date if it’s lost). Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll investigate and, if it’s our mistake, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement or refund.


We don’t accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size or change of mind (buyer’s remorse)

  • Orders with incorrect delivery addresses

  • Unclaimed parcels

  • Items returned without contacting us first

Many of our products are made to order and/or sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. face masks, mugs). These are not eligible for return under UK or EU law once opened or used.


Shipping Issues

If your order was returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it - but you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost. If you don’t reply within 30 days, the item will be donated and no refund will be given.


Global Orders

We ship worldwide, but shipping times and customs may vary. You’re responsible for any import duties or taxes in your country.
